Since the age of 12 I’ve always wanted to have my own business where I believed true freedom, time and money would be mine. The thought of working a 9 to 5 job was not fulfilling as I would be bound to someone else’s rules and demands.
Throughout the years I’ve had many businesses ventures but never succeeded in achieving true freedom with time and money that I knew I deserved. Each new business I started I grew more and more determined to achieve total freedom.
At the age of 33 I started a “Custom Home Theater Business. I threw over a half a million dollars into the business by; buying show room supplies, stocking products, purchased vehicles, tools and hired employees. All of this led to me working 70-80 hours a week, opening and closing the store and baby sitting my employees. I had no time off and could not call in sick. Over time I lost focus on my main goals and the reason why I started the business.
During this time I had money to pay for medical insurance to cover my family. When the economy started in the downturn my struggles began. I cancelled my medical insurance only to turn around and suffer a stroke that paralyzed the left side of my body and affected my speech. It took me six months to be able to put my own pants on and tie my own shoes.
In the meantime what I built was finally suffering financially. Within a year I lost everything I had; my business, vehicles’, house and finally my marriage. I couldn’t believe what was happening. I called a friend who got me a job in Arizona so I packed up three bags of clothes and headed south. My friend helped me obtain a job which put food back on the table and aided in holding off the creditors. Realizing how easily everything can be lost including my life only made my conviction stronger for achieving true financial freedom. The need to eliminate the stress in my life while achieving the ability to spend time with my family and friends grew within my gut. I KNEW I needed a business that would provide me “Time, Money and Freedom.”
When I found this business, I realized HERE is where I would find what I have been searching for; “TIME, MONEY and FREEDOM.”<
My business now allows me the flexibility to manage the hours I work and the only tools I need are my phone and internet. To top it off I can now work ANYWHERE in the world. I am now able to spend my time doing what matters most to me – “My Family and Friends”
In addition to making a great income I have gained great knowledge in investing. To actually have my money working for me regardless of the economy is true freedom. This is the kind of business that requires sharing with those who are seeking true freedom.
In the end, all I did was make a decision – Stay on my current path or go after what would actual take me toward my dreams…
